Abstract: Biohacking has transitioned from a fringe concept into a thriving commercial movement—driven by rising consumer demand for personalized health, performance optimization, and longevity. At the core of this transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which enables real-time, adaptive analysis of biological data, empowering individuals to take control of their wellness journeys. Entrepreneurs are leveraging AI to build scalable biohacking solutions—from wearable-integrated apps and personalized supplement platforms to predictive diagnostics and neurotechnology. This article explores how AI is accelerating innovation in the biohacking economy and highlights various monetization models, including subscription services, DTC smart devices, algorithm licensing, and content-based ecosystems. With compelling case studies and a candid look at challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and regulatory uncertainty, the article also forecasts the future potential of AI-driven wellness—including digital twins, autonomous health assistants, and population-scale insight generation. Ultimately, it reveals how ethical, consumer-focused entrepreneurship in this space can both redefine wellness and deliver real, lasting health impact.
