Abstract: The AppliancesHUB project developed an Android mobile application directed towards disrupting the appliance renting market. It quickly connects customers with rental stores around them for fast, cheap, and safe renting. The app uses location services, user accounts, and instant advertisement of the appliances to make it less complicated to access the rental services and to increase business transactions. Through this platform, consumers can rent appliances or furniture with ease, and local rental companies are able to gain more clients and more effectively manage the rentals. The application is developed using Google Maps API for location based listings, Flask-SQLAlchemy for backend services, and Android Studio (Java/Kotlin) for application development. AppliancesHUB from the study serves the purpose of creating a seamless renting experience while having a lower cost, safer, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional ownership.

Abstract: In recent years, assistive technologies for visually and hearing-impaired individuals have predominantly focused on single-modality solutions, limiting their effectiveness for users with dual sensory impairments. This paper proposes EchoSense, a novel mobile-based assistive system integrating real-time visual scene interpretation and personalized sound detection enhanced with emotion recognition. Through a comprehensive survey of recent literature encompassing scene captioning, sound classification, emotion detection, and explainable AI, key limitations such as lack of multi-modality, minimal personalization, and dependence on cloud-based processing are identified. EchoSense addresses these gaps by offering an on-device, privacy-preserving, and offline-capable platform that delivers adaptive multimodal feedback tailored to blind, deaf, and deaf-blind users. The paper details the system’s conceptual framework, design considerations, and methodology, laying the groundwork for future implementation and evaluation.

Its intuitive interface presents essential information such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rainfall, along with severe weather warnings, personalized notifications, and sustainability tips.

Abstract: The Super Sonic Glasses assist those that are hard of hearing by transcribing spoken language into text that can be displayed on the device’s screen in real time. This project aims to bridge the gap between those who communicate using visual sign language due to hearing difficulty and other users through better ways of interaction. The system processes spoken words into intelligible text utilizing sophisticated speech recognition methods, which is instantly viewed on a simple, cool design embedded within goggles’ frame. The Sonic Support Goggle integrates sophisticated speech processing and wearable display devices to enhance accessibility and facilitate seamless communication in myriad social and professional settings.

Abstract: – Organizations in the dynamic intergenerational workplace of today have to reconsider their approach to human resource management. Conventional people management techniques call for a change toward an employee-centric, more all-encompassing paradigm. Leading the way are experimental companies rethinking procedures to foster significant involvement among several employee groups. Beyond providing advantages or designing lighthearted workplaces, the whole employee experience must now be the main focus if we want to inspire more dedication and connection. Giving employee experience top priority as a fundamental component of organizational strategy has clearly had great effects on satisfaction, output, creativity, and company performance. This paper tries to investigate the changing function of employee experience in the modern HR scene. Organizations can increase engagement levels, leverage multigenerational skills, get a competitive edge, and guarantee long-term sustainability by including senior leadership alongside contemporary HR techniques. Future studies possibilities could include empirical validation of suggested models and a closer look into elements affecting and resulting from a good employee experience.
