Abstract: The evolution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems demands scalable, resilient, and agile architectures capable of supporting modern enterprise operations. Salesforce, as a leading CRM platform, provides robust cloud-based capabilities, yet integrating it with Linux-based infrastructure and open-source technologies enhances flexibility, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This review explores the design, deployment, and management of cloud-native Salesforce architectures, emphasizing containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices integration. It examines data management strategies, performance optimization, observability, and security best practices for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
