Abstract: This paper reviews the structural evaluation of tall buildings using Ferro concrete (reinforced concrete) and steel-timber hybrid systems under lateral loads, emphasizing seismic and wind forces. With the growing need for sustainable and high-performance building materials, steel-timber hybrids present a viable alternative to conventional RCC systems. Using insights from past research and simulation tools like ETABS, the study analyses lateral load performance, energy dissipation, environmental benefits. The review highlights key developments, identifies research gaps, and suggests future directions for adopting hybrid systems in Indian structural design
