Abstract- A flexible optical wireless power transfer (OWPT) method for the wireless charging of ground-based electric vehicles (EVs) is suggested and evaluated in this research. This concept proposes to locate energy storage devices, renewable energy resources, and laser transmitters in an overhead facility. To wirelessly charge aerial EVs, there are laser transmitters on the facility’s roof looking upward, and there are other laser transmitters on the ceiling pointing downward to wirelessly charge ground EVs. This concept proposes to locate energy storage devices, renewable energy resources, and laser transmitters in an overhead facility. To wirelessly charge ground EVs, there are light transmitters pointed downward on the facility’s roof. The distinct existence of maximum power and energy points are acquired from the roof-top photovoltaic panel PV based on new design construction. This work presents an EV charging system that makes use of solar energy from car roofs and is backed by a battery energy storage (BES) system for parking spaces and mobility. Lastly, the results’ implications for ground-based electric vehicle design are discussed. Wireless power transfer technology indicates that the suggested dynamical OWPT system is more efficient.
