Abstract: The growing trend of the fitness culture and preventive nutrition has led to the demand of organized and evidence-based systems of meal-preparations. Nutrition based kitchens respond to this demand offering calorie controlled, macro based and goal oriented food that promotes muscle building, fat loss as well as athletic performance.
